Beware of Fashion Junkee Company
This company is non-responsive. I ordered a dress. It was backorded. Once I received it I found the sizing wasn't true to size. Emailed them to get info on how to exchange . 2 weeks later got a response. I had to Return the dress with instructions to exchange the dress for another size. I Didn't receive for 2 more weeks. Finally they sent me an email saying they issued me a store credit. I decided not to buy the same dress, it wasn't very good quality. I Ordered something different with my store credit. Got the new dress, very poor quality and also not true to size. With the same way of process and duration as first dress and this time I returned the dress and told them I wanted a refund. After 3 weeks they sent me an email that they issued me a store credit. I immediately replied that I did not want a store credit and that I wanted a refund to my credit card. 3 weeks later I still haven't received a response. I will never order from this company again and I think everyone should be very wary. I am now going to have to try to get my credit card company to help intervene.
